The “Nawha Model” book provides an overview of a project led by Community Development Department under the “Sustainable Fashion” Initiative of HRH Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya. This initiative upholds the legacy of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, who established the first silk weaving group for The SUPPORT Foundation in 1972 in Ban Nawha, Nawha district, Nakhon Phanom province. The project aims to modernize traditional patterns and revitalize local wisdom in mulberry cultivation, silkworm rearing, and natural fabric dyeing.
