Change Agent Strategies Transformation Project

Change Agent Strategies Transformation Project

Ministry of Interior initiated the “Change Agent Strategies Transformation” project or CAST to enhance collaboration and engagement among network sectors. This initiative aims to educate the public about the work principles of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great and promote self-reliant livelihood development aligned with the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy.”
The royal words of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua regarding the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy: “Secured Nation Brings Happiness to the People; Correct the Incorrect and Continue the Royal Wishes,” are respectfully displayed in every city hall and district office to remind officials of their duties.
The “Change Agent Strategies Transformation” project was implemented according to the initiative of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, using a 3-level, 5-step mechanism across 7 network sectors. To ensure sustainable success, the project had included training sessions and collaborations with Provincial Governors and Chief District Officers. The core concept emphasises utilising “human resources,” particularly leaders and operational teams. Chief District Officers would be key leaders who play a crucial role in driving sustainable development, a vital mission of Ministry of Interior to improve the livelihoods of people nationwide. Each Chief District Officer needs to work with dedication, discipline, and passion to successfully carry out this mission.
The implementation of the “Change Agent Strategies Transformation”’ project relies on four key elements: discussions, brainstorming, collaborations, and benefit distributions. These elements are based on the principles of sustainable success, which were derived from 4,741 projects under the royal initiative of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great.
