Its \u201cLearning-Participation-Raising Standards\u201d approach aims to improve the quality and identity of local fabrics for global markets, and, over the past twenty years, its One Tambon One Product (OTOP) project has been pivotal in creating jobs and boosting income nationwide while preserving traditional skills across generations and transforming that knowledge into contemporary products.<\/p>\n<p>Recognizing the importance of empowering young people as a key factor in preserving and extending invaluable local wisdom, the Community Development Department launched the Young OTOP project, to enable a new generation of artists and entrepreneurs to create modern textiles and craft products that meet both domestic and international market needs. In today\u2019s digital economy and society, with new entrepreneurs driving change, Young OTOP has grown to understand ever-evolving consumer groups.
